Heather Harley

I am privileged to serve as a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach, dedicated to empowering individuals on their unique journeys toward independence and wellbeing. With extensive experience in the mental health and disability sectors, I bring a person-centered approach to every interaction, focusing on building resilience and fostering meaningful connections.

My deep understanding of the NDIS framework allows me to navigate complex systems with expertise, ensuring participants receive tailored support that truly addresses their individual needs. I am passionate about advocacy and creating pathways for individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Throughout my career, I have developed specialised skills in coordinating comprehensive support services, creating an environment where participants feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life, and I am committed to making this a reality for those I work with.

My professional approach is complemented by my values as a devoted wife and loving mother to two teenage daughters. Growing up in a musical family instilled in me a profound love for singing, which continues to bring joy and harmony to my life. Our household is further enriched by our beloved pets: Max, our lively Maltese Shih Tzu; two charismatic cats named Zelda and Pumba; and a turtle named Squirtle!

When not engaged in my professional responsibilities, I find restoration in the natural world. Camping by the river with family creates cherished memories amidst nature, while the ocean serves as a serene sanctuary that offers peaceful respite from daily demands.

I am driven by the belief that with the right support and understanding, individuals can overcome challenges and thrive. It is with great enthusiasm that I continue this meaningful work of supporting others on their journey toward achieving their full potential and living fulfilling lives.
