Positive Future Self does not offer crisis services, but we are able to provide information about the following agencies. If this is an emergency, we strongly recommend calling 000.

After Hours Support:

Lifeline: 131 114 – A 24-hour telephone counseling service and crisis support.

Beyond Blue: 1300 224 636 – Provides 24-hour support for depression, anxiety, and related mental health issues. Chat services are available on the beyondblue.org website.

Mental Health Triage: 131 465 – If you or someone close to you is currently experiencing a mental health emergency, please call Mental Health Triage.

Suicide Callback Service: 1300 659 467 – A nationwide service offering professional 24/7 telephone and online counseling to individuals affected by suicide.

Mensline Australia: 1300 789 978 – A dedicated service for men dealing with relationship and family concerns.

SA Regional Access: 1300 032 186 – Regional Access provides free professional telephone and online counseling 24/7 for individuals aged 15 and older living or working in regional South Australia.

1800 RESPECT: 1800 737 732 – National sexual assault and domestic family violence counseling services. Offers 24-hour online support for workers and professionals.

Kids Helpline: 1800 551 – Australia’s only free, private, and confidential 24/7 phone and online counseling service for young people aged 5 to 25.

Friendline: 08 7078 6229 – FriendLine is available for anyone who needs to reconnect or simply wants to chat. All conversations with FriendLine are anonymous, and our friendly volunteers are ready to engage in a conversation and share stories.
